A cop in a car may or may not be on traffic detail, ya never know.

A copcycle rider, on the other hand, is ONLY on traffic detail, he's GONNA write you a ticket. After all, you interrupted his ride by giving him reason to stop you...they LIKE riding, thay hate having to stop to write a ticket.

Motorcycle cops are for traffic oriented purposes. So, getting stopped by a motor cop means you are not getting out of the ticket. Regular cops, in cars, will cut you some slack sometimes. When something big is going down how many motors do you see. Not many if any and that's only because they're high ranking officers.
