Hey umm, this may seem dumb, but could you translate this for my little sister. She wants to play Toontown Japan but we cant understand this. And no, she doesnt want to play Toontown English. She's weird, ik.

In future you can use http://babelfish.yahoo.com/ to translate text.  The translations are always weird but you can get usually work out what its supposed to say.
