People that work at fast food restaurants: Could you get your boy/girlfriend free food?

I have three friends that work at McDonalds and they can get free food--I wanted to know if that's how it is for every fast food restaurant.

some might, but i know for sure mcdonalds doesn't.  They give u like a 15% discount though.

I used to do that at Buffalo Wild Wings--gotta be in good with the cooks though

Some places have strict rules, others don't. I used to work at a pizza place, so me and my boyfriend would come in sometimes and get offered free food. It all depends on the rules.
