  1. Just keep on being yourself and enjoying life.  The youthful look will serve you well one day, and then, one day, you'll miss folks thinking you're younger than you are.

When I was 12, people thought I was 8.  When I was 14, people thought I was 12.  When I was 18, people thought I was 15.  And when I was in my 20's, people thought I was a high schooler in my teens.  It was annoyingly flattering up until I got somewhere in my late thirty-somethings.  I bought a bottle of wine, and when the cashier didn't ask for my license, I asked him if he wanted to see it.  He replied, "Nah, you look old enough."  :-(

My best advice for you is to not fret about it.  Soon enough, you will have some sort of i.d. to prove your age. Meanwhile, the important people in your life know how old you are, and that's really all that matters.

  2. :]

    You'll look older soon

I had a teacher who was 60 and she looked 30, seriously

think about how great that would be if you were like that then :]]

being young isn't necessarily a bad thing :D

  3. It may be no comfort now, but the time will come when you'll be delighted to look younger than your age!  You'll get a kick out of being carded when you're thirty and out of hearing people say things like, "You're Bobby's grandmother?  I thought you were his mother!"  Just keep in mind: late bloomers are late wilters.

  4. you are 14 right, 14 and trying to trouble yourself with boy stuff when you can just enjoy life not taking it too seriously, boys are just jerks anyway, boys would only limit yourself and would leave you depressed, one thing you need to learn is how to accept and love yourself, for if you dont nobody would.

  5. My advice to you is to just be yourself. Go with the flow and don't worry about what other see and think about you. Have fun, be a kid as long as you can. Being grown up is not what's it cracked up to be.

All people come in all shapes and sizes. Don't be concerned about your appearance. It's what's inside that counts.

  6. Cindy,

I was like that at your age too.  In fact, I was like that at 21!  Everyone told me someday I'd be glad to have the youthful gene.  I didn't believe it when I was still getting carded at clubs when I was 31 though.  But now I am 51 and guess what?  I am glad I have that youthful gene!

It won't be long and you will look more like 16 and that will stay with you a long time.  Try to be satisfied for that pay off in your future and in the meantime act your age and your maturity will outweigh your youthful looks!

    Good luck to you!

  7. I'm 24 and people still look at me and think I'm 16.  In a couple of years, you'll see the humor in it.  And when you're in your 40s and are worrying about your age, you'll look in the mirror, grin, and laugh when your friends start talking about wrinkles!

  8. I'm 10 and I look 8 years old.lol.
