People to People International?

Question

Almost every year I get a letter from People to People International inviting me to go on their "Student Ambassador" trips abroad. It's some educational thing, and apparently it was founded by President Eisenhower, so that's cool. I never did it because I always thought it would be super expensive, but I've always WANTED to go really bad! I got another letter today inviting me to China for summer 2009, and it sounds really cool, but I was wondering if anyone's done this before, because I wanna know how much it costs. (The website doesn't say)

Mine was invited to Italy, France, Switzerland, and Austria. I called inquiring about the expenses and was told it would be from $3400-$6900. depending on what programs you enter. I was told that all other expenses are covered, but don't know what "all other expenses" they consider.

yeah i went to 4 countries this year...next year i think im goin to seven ............this is an amazing organization deffinatly go for itt ...you'll have funn =]

I got invited to go to England and France and i also want to know how much it costs. I think it is aroun 4K to about 6k. Hope i some what helped

It costs about 5 to 6 thousand dollars. And you gotta go!! I'm going to China this year so please go so I'll at least kinda know someone!!!
