People to People International???

Question

I have been invited to go to England and France for 2 and half weeks.

I was wondering if anyone has been or participated in the People to People International.

If so can you please tell me what you do and if you liked it.

I'm am planning on going but would like to know further especially from others that have already experienced this.

It's a real organization and they do take you where they promise, but it's not as big of an honour to be chosen as they make it seem.  It's like those ads you get in the mail about being in the "best students of the year" list and how you can get your picture in the book for the low low price of $250.  They will put your picture in the book, but every kid on the block got the same letter.

My son was a People to People Student Ambassador.  He went to Australia and New Zealand for 3 weeks.  He absolutely loved it.  It's an experience of a lifetime.  It's an honor to be chosen and to represent your country.
