  1. Brain production and maintenance requires a lot of energy for humans since we have the largest brain-to-body size ratio.  Why would we put all that energy into our brains if we only used 10% of them?  Humans and all animals use 100% of their brains.  If they only used a portion of them, they wouldn't be the size they are, the brain would only be as big as it needed to be.

  2. Yes, we only use 10% of our dogs too....

  3. 1%

  4. It depends on how smart the dog is...I hope both smart dogs and smart people use 100% of their brains...

  5. No, my dogs don't use any part of my brain, and sometimes none of theirs either.

  6. 90%

  7. I don't have an exact answer

but I made an estimation of about 1.4-2.2% of usage in a dog's brain.

And about the human brain usage, it ranges from 10-20%

  8. dogs use 1% of brain to figure out how to use 100% of their brain

  9. There is no way to know that.  You cant test or asses intelligence in animals, therefore you cant know how much or little of their brain is used.

That statement that people use 10% of their brain has no factaul bases.

  10. It is actually only a myth that people use 10% of their brains.   This myth grew out of a misquote from Einstein. There is really no scientific evidence that suggests that this 10% myth is true.  Humans really use 100% of their brain and I would assume that the same goes for Canines.
