coped whilst using it? and did you have any minor or major side effects? i have some and i'm planning to start the program monday the 11th august. i am orginised and sorted to the very last detail lol. thanks guys :)

I've been on these for a month & cut right back - I am getting my advice from a friend who has quit completely with these. You have to change your habits though like you usually associate a cup of coffee with a cigarette. No matter how much you want a cigi while on this keep going - no side effects yet. My friend was a very heavy smoker and she says if she can do it, anyone can. My doctor keeps giving me encouragement. If you want to know anymore send me a message. Just don't stop taking these pills - you will give up.

Some nausea, vivid dreams. I had to take it for six months instead of three because in some people it takes a while to work.

ok, i only have one week left of champix, and have been smoke free for 9 weeks, and smoked for 24 years and i am only 34! side effects for me were nausia (eat when taking pill) a little moody, but nothing compared to when i tried cold turkey, and gas, my god my farts smell bad, the bizarre dreams are actually fun! Just remember your mind still is used to grabbing the f**s at particular times, you just have to find something else to do in that short moment. Good luck!   :)
