I think he probably drank some blood or something, but its like...um..ok? lol

I don't think his life depends on blood like a real vampire (which I personally WANT it to be true xD--But I don't believe in it :(  )

I'm not sure if the person in this interview is or isn't, or if the story they are telling is real or not, but vampires are real.

The near-murderer in this movie was suffering from a personality complex. The name eludes me at the moment, but the victim suffers from extreme delusions of the need for blood, and go to any lengths to get it, including self mutilation. They aren't vampires, they're just sick. The real one's have quite a bit more self control.
