you just have to trade some of those,

i see most of them are in the 1st gen pokedex, if you have fire red or leaf green or if you know someone who does just transfer some pokemon from there using pal park...

but there are also some that you can find in the game using poke radar... go to serebii.net to know more, go to their pokedex area, really useful

i've completed my dex by trading with someone also from yahoo!answers :)

Hey, to get those you need to use Pal Park. Or Action Replay. if you are using Pal Park, you have to do a huge amount of trading between Fire Red/Leaf Green to get these pokemon into the pal park, but even then, its a hard task to accomplish.

And I'm pretty sure that action replay has a code that you can use to complete your pokedex.

It depends on whether you mean the National dex or Sinnoh dex.

Either way, I recommend you go to pokemon.marriland.com

You can click on "pokedex" on the left hand side, and type in any pokemons name or number and it will tell you anything and everything on where to get that pokemon and all the attacks it can learn.

Are you trying to complete the National Pokedex or just the Sinnoh region?

If you are just trying to get the Sinnoh Region Pokedex to complete it you just have to see them.  You won't see them all until you have defeated the Elite Four and the Champion.  Even then you may still have to do some added steps.
