People who date interracially, why do they involve skin color?

Like if white women date interracially and find black men attractive, they would go for the dark-skin black guys over the light-skin black guys. Why's that?

Now, I'm fair-skinned black guy and I find white girls attractive.

some people have preferences and others dont. if you find yourself falling in love with somebody does it matter what color their skin is.

I think that if a girl doesnt have a problem dating men of other races then she wouldnt pick dark over light.....Women either refuse to date outside their race or they dont care about skin color....Although I think that an attraction to light skinned men or dark skinned for that matter can be compared to a preferance to blue eyes or green....dark hair or blonde.....whichever. Every girl has different preferences just as men do.

Everyone has a preference. You are attracted to white girls...Just make sure that's not all you are attracted...There should be something more than appearance...I mean what if you get the white girl and find out she is a s**t....and that she shoplifts...would you still like her? Not....what if you dated a black girl and she has all the things you are looking for, but the only thing is she is not white...Don't be shallow and pass up a really great person just because of the color of their skin...
