i know all about applying the lotion 1 pump on bones which the paper instructs me but when i see the toes part it says 1 pump for right foot and 1 pump for left and apply on all toes...i am confused that should i apply just 1 pump for all toes on one side or each toe fingers need 1 pump means 10 pump for all toes for one day..plz help me i am so confused..

just one pump to all toes on side. I've also used for nearly 2 months but see no result yet. Someone said that 4 months for the first result. I don't know if it's true.
