People who work in sit-down restaurants!?

Question

I use to be a waitress at a restaurant, and there were waiters, buss boys, to-go person, etc. I can't think of what the person was called that stayed in the back and put the trays/food together to send it out... it's killing me because the name is right at the tip of my tongue! Anyone know what they were called??

I have been a waitress for many years and have never seen or had anybody put an order together .Gee that would be heaven.Maybe you mean a fast food place huh?
