People with a bad temper

im really nice and calm til somebody gets in my face and i cant help getting really pissed and i end up getting suspended or something worse

im starting high school in a couple weeks. and i really want this year to be different and not get in trouble like middle school

is there anything that u do to like calm yourself down and stop u from from cussing out or hitting your boss teacher ect..

  1. if you feel yourself going into the "anger mode", just turn around and leave.  doesn't matter where, just walk the hall to the bathroom for a break.

    you have a right to what is called "personal space".  if someone gets in your face, inform them that you are going to call police and have them arrested on assault charges.  this is perfectly legal.  your personal zone is defined as: stand up straight.  now extend your arm out in front of you.  now, draw a circle around you by turning in place with your arm extended out.  you have a legal right to that space.  you can ask someone to back out of your personal space.  if they don't, tell them you're going to call police and have them arrested for assault, as i said before.

    keep in mind, some will get in your face just to watch you blow up in anger.  just to raise your hackles so to speak.  show them that you could care less.

    the last option, you might want to talk with a counselor and tell them about your anger problem.  there are medications available that help those situations.  make you more "tame" so to speak.


  2. You tell this person to get up out of my face if she or he refuse throw in a sucker punch accross the face and beat that ***.dont let people punk you learn self defeance.peope getting in your face is a challenge to fight

  3. even I have the same problem. But 3.5 weeks ago i started practicing yoga. I wake up early and meditate along with some physical exercises. This has helped me calm down 2 a certain extent. Whenever anyone starts 2 get on my nerves,I take deep breaths and dont encourage the conversation.

  5. people with bad temper should warn others that you have a bad temper so that in the event that they p**s you off you can say "i warned you."

    you can also carry with you a stress ball to release you tension.

    but i strongly suggest that you take martial arts because her you'll learn to be humble and really control your temper.

  7. you have some social problems. you should contact your school, doctor and whoever else can help you. I'm glad you want to be a better person but there's some kind of inbalance there that triggers your anger.  Seriously speaking, you need to get some sort of counseling to hep work through your problems. there's no shame in that at all.  

  8. I played allot of high school sports. Swimming, Tennis, Football, Soccer, Golf, Track. It payed off in more ways than I could have imagined. I've made great friends and at 47 I'm still a rock hard hunk.
