90% of the population in the US has herpes by 18 years old.  There's no way dental hygienists don't have herpes.

Yes, why wouldnt they...you catch it by skin on skin contact and they do wear gloves...Think about how many patients come in with oral herpes...

80% of the population has oral herpes. so there must be some people with oral herpes working as dental hygenitsts. but they should be extra care full to wash their hands when they have a cold sore ( they really are oral herpes). they would be allowed to work as one even if they had the genital type. if they did have herpes and were refused a position because of that, then that is discrimination.
