i dont know because i am a libra moon

with a cancer sun and sagittarius rising.

but i will tell you that leo rising people are pretty much people who crave ATTENTION.

capricorn moon, i know a couple and i notice that they are COLD people haha, mean. search it on google there are alot of interpretations that are so much better than mine.

Well, the Ascendant is more about the outter mask of an individual...It's not so dominant in one's personality if not highlighted by planets aspecting it, I think.

Capricorn moon, however, "needs" the presence of authority...Certainly has the potential of being bossy, but its use depends on the individual.

Leos want respect because of their sense of ego...Capricorns want respect because that's the way "it should be"- it's a matter of hierarchy.

So I think that other factors are important for a power craving...like a dominant Mars or Pluto combined with that Leo rising. Then I would think that it would definitely be a power craving combination.
