  1. Try searching around in magazines and books for this kinda stuff, they're pretty useful sometimes. I once read that by putting olive oil in your hair and going out in the sun helps it make it softer and stronger.

To make it shinier you could get those conditioners that you leave in for about an hour, they're not too expensive and they come in a tub, not a tube. I can't remember what they're called, sorry =(

  2. better shampoos. a lot like where you can mix and match like salon selectives. pantene makes my hair realy shiny. and when you go to get your hair cut at a salon , there shampoos always make people hair look great. when you get out of the shower you should use a diffuser. just go to like walmart or something and look at some stuff. they have cheap prices and good stuff. some hair tips would be like if your hair gets oily or something because you wake up late and you dont have time to get a shower take a little bit of baby powder in your roots. if your having a bad hair day just be goofy and like tease your hair and put a bunch of bows and ribbons in it and stuff. also buy a spray in conditioner or shampoo, its awesome like when your running late. all of them are different though so read the directions and it makes your hair look shampooed+ conditioned+ blow dried.  if your hair looks good with wavy hair and its not wavy buy salt spray for your hair. if your hair is curly or straight go and get a straightening brush, you just brush you hair with it and it makes it straight. put it up, a messy pony tail is soo cute. if you have bangs either leave them down or tease them for extra volume and pin them back like a lot of celebrities do. go to a local store where they sell hair magazines or magazines that you have hair ideas in them and just rip out pages secretly.

  3. For softness, try leaving conditioner (in a shower cap) in your hair (Overnight if possible) Otherwise, for at least 10-15 minutes. Also, light layering adds the look of length. To promote actual growth, apparently a scalp massage can assist.

  4. I recommend Matrix Sleek or Massive hair by: TGI. For smothers and shins I recommend Heat Defender Flat Iron Shine Spray by: S-Factor TGI to smooth it out, or Silky Smooth Moisture Serum.

Shampoo your hair twice when you shampoo. squeeze as much water out of your hair before you condition. leave in 2-3 minutes rinse and towel dry hair really good. Add your new products. Blow dry all over for 2 minutes then start pulling in 3 inch sections at a time. Do you have a cooling button on your blow dryer? That is a great feature, its almost a must to achieve slick soft hair. So heat heat heat pull your hair firmly while drying. then cool cool cool stilling pulling firmly. Just keep repeating this. Then end on cool. This should take you 15- 25 minutes. Most people stop to soon and then wonder why their hair is frizzy and no shine. Make sure you have your hair trimmed every 6-8 weeks. If you don`t already have a stylist you trust, find one and stick with him or her. That is very important, because you build a trust and your stylist will always know exactly what you want. Jumping around salons will only bring you back here asking questions about your hair. A good stylist will educate you about your hair and help you achieve the hair you want! GOOD LUCK!!!

  5. I wash my conditioner out in cold water (as cold as I can stand) and I use

Garnier Nutrisse smoothing milk. You can buy it at target for 3 dollars.

It controls my mad curls and smells wonderful. I get a lot of "you smell so good" comments whenever I use it .

    Hope it works out!

    peace
