Peoples attitude towards recycling of the domestic agricultural waste?

in my case everything goes out to the compost heap,

but I am privileged and have a garden.

in highly populated areas it is the responsibility of the

authorities to organize and collect this type of waste.

and that’s exactly the problem: some people will simply

and indiscriminately get rid of all their waste, as long as

it doesn’t sit in their backyard it is out of sight, out of mind.

My dream: Collective awareness of the problem results

in collective responsibility.
