Peoples who know about davis,california,us?

i am studying in maldives in 9 the grade and have a plan to go to davis after finishing my 10 grade that is known as 0 level here.I want to know about the education,(11 12 grade)the sllybus,the fees there,the starting and finishing time of school,and i want to know whatever you all know about the school

California public education (grade school, high school (9,10,11,12) is free. Unless you are planing to a private school which can cost about 15 thousand a year.

Standard courses offered are frosh, soph, Jr, and Sr English! Can't get out of those! Math requirement 3 years must take algebra I, geometry, algebra II, in order to graduate! Although they offer classes up to calculus. I think you are also required to take 3-3.5 years of history (might be 4) Also a 2 year foreign Language requirement!

Classes start round 8am and go till 3pm, with a 30-40 min lunch break, and 5-10min breaks though out class!

Davis is a small city. Bicycle friendly (perhaps over the top) and a 15-40 min drive to Sacramento depending on the commute traffic (it gets bad on the causeway). You won't have a large shopping mall there but they have plenty of shops and storefronts to hang out in. The closest mall will be Arden Fair Mall in Sacramento.

The university has a web site that will answer your questions.  Just search UC Davis.  The city is a university town, very flat so everyone bicycles everywhere.  The weather is nice, but gets hot in the summer.

see i think there you must have a relative there as there the cost of housing and living is very costly as it is nearly 700$ for both
