Liverpool’s goal keeper, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Pepe-Reina-c29672 believes that success is going to return to the Reds in the near future and it is only a matter of time before the team’s hard work pays off.
Over the course of the last year, Liverpool have slowly started to improve on their performances and the team seems to slowly, but surely be working its way back to its former glory.
Despite having a very forgettable start to their Premier League season, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Liverpool-c39809 are still being considered as one of the teams that can break back into the top four.
At the same time, they are now in the finals of the Carling Cup, while they went on to knock Manchester United out of the FA Cup.
Reina strongly believes that all the hard work that the team put in is finally paying off and Kenny Dalglish’s efforts with the team are finally producing the results, which the manager believed they would.
When talking about the Reds and their revival, the Spaniard is quoted to have said:
"Success is on its way and we are very happy”
“We have to recognise that Dalglish is very important for us.”
"He lives the games with the same or even greater intensity than us. The players are very committed to the coach.”
"Our aim in the Premier League is to fight until the end for the fourth spot. This club deserves to be in the Champions League and that has been our objective since the beginning of the season.”
The keeper then revealed that the only thing the team needed to do, was to play with more consistency in the future.
Liverpool often tend to perform brilliantly against their stronger opponents, but tend to falter against the rather weaker teams in the Premier League.
However, over the course of the last couple of weeks, the Merseyside club seem to have finally realized what they had been doing wrong and have started to remedy the situation.
Should the team continue to perform the way they have been in recent weeks, they could easily break into the top four and perhaps win a trophy or two along the way.
