Reina has been widely linked with a move away from Anfield in this summer’s transfer window. According to reports, the shot stopper has been linked with a return to http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Barcelona-c38604 as Victor Valdes has decided not to extend his deal.
There has also been rumoured interest from http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Napoli-c40003 as manager Rafa Benitez wants to reunite with his former Liverpool goalkeeper.
The former Villarreal man admitted that he is not considering a move away from the club as he and his family is extremely happy. He committed his future to the Reds and is keen to stay at the side for the long term.
“It's very clear. I have a contract with Liverpool and there will be no changes for now,” he was quoted as saying in an interview.
The goalkeeper admitted that Spain has a very good chance of winning the Confederations Cup this time around. He insisted that there have been some issues in the national team but the side has always played to its full potential.
“Arguments are necessary in every group; you can't always have a peaceful way and it's impossible to get along with everyone. But you have to be respectful. There have been tough moments in the national team but we always said:
come on, let's do it for us and for the whole country,” he continued.
