Peppermint Bark?? (:

Question

I've never make OR tried peppermint Bark before. which recipe sounds better? the first link is the kind where theres milk chocolate on the bottom and white chocolate w/ peppermint extract on the top and crushed cany canes sprinkled on top. the second link is just white chocolate w/ crushed candy cane mixed inside.

I make peppermint bark during the holidays and use a dark chocolate base and top it with white chocolate and crushed peppermint candies.

I use bittersweet or semi sweet chocolate chips and a good white chocolate, which I pick up in the local gourmet cooking store.  You can use Nestle's semi sweet chocolate chips and Guittard white chocolate chips as well.
