Sierra Mist Cranberry is a Limited Time Offer/seasonal drink.  You will see it again around the Thanksgiving/Christmas holidays.  It is used to jump start the brand line during during certain times of the year.  This is becoming more popular with a lot of items such as McDonald's Mint Shakes at St. Patricks Day, Egg Nog Shakes at Christmas, Bock beer in the Fall, Egg Nog in the grocery stores at Christmas etc.  In addition, grocery stores only have a limited space for displaying all their items so some items have to come and go based upon the season.
