Per Mertesacker admits that Arsenal’s toughest opponents in the Champions League are going to be Borussia Dortmund
Arsenal defender and German international http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Per-Mertesacker-c29680 has gone on to admit that Arsenal’s toughest opponents in the Champions League are going to be Borussia Dortmund.
The former Werder Bremen defender has had apple time playing against the German side, back when he was in the Bundesliga and hence is well aware of the threat that the German side possess.

The player then went on to confirm that Dortmund were going to be their toughest opponents and that he would be more than happy to settle for anything, even if it was just one point that Arsenal took away from the game.

The German international was signed by the Gunners on the deadline day of the transfer window, in order to boost their defence. Mertesacker if anything is just what the Gunners needed at the back. The player is well over six feet in height and has ample
experience on the international stage, which makes him more than capable of leading the Gunners defensive line at the back.
