  1. It would indicate a powerful or influential person, or one whose presence otherwise radiates about. Ever meet certain people who "fill up the room?" Those would definitely be Sun people. Think of maybe a Luciano Pavarotti type. Whether the card is upright or reversed would give some further indication about the state of their personality or social situation.

  2. My thoughts:  when this card is used to describe a person then this person is a loving and affectionate person.  Also, others are drawn to this "Sun" for many reasons such as this person gives others the feeling of acknowledgment, comfort, recognition. The glass is always half full even when half empty.  Yet, be careful because this "Sun" can also be childish and playful.

I hope you find what you are seeking.

  3. If the Sun card alone is on the ascendant this person would have masculine qualities. Physical appearance would be a bright and warm person and be very good looking. Often the center of attraction. All about him is him and him first and only him (or her). The best actor of the whole show, the most bright. He (or she) takes the lion share. He creates new ways of doing things and likes children, all the children.

  4. The Sun is not a human archetype, it is a card that influences rather than describes. These influences are strong and paternal as well as radiant and charismatic. It also depicts new dawns, enlightenment and fertility. So the person it is describing will have access to all these talents. To a certain degree they will have the qualities of the Leo of the zodiac.

The negative side of this is too much Sun, So whilst you can basque in their glory and benefit from their generosity, remember the effects of to much exposure. Keep this in mind and take note of the other cards, though in general it is very positive.

  6. The sun is the ultimate positive card it radiates happiness and joy to others. Some may find this energy captivating whilst some may be repelled by all this positive energy. It is a very content and secure person who knows themselves, but like the sun they can sometimes seem distant and become lost and obsessed in their own happiness and thoughts.

    Hope this helps!

  7. That depends on the reader's perception of the Sun as a symbolic object.

Traditionally, the Sun was considered a masculine force by many cultures. He is the bringer of life-giving warmth and light. He may also be associated with art and enterprise, as the Greek sun god Apollo was known as a patron of poetry and music.

Perhaps the card refers to a fair haired man who will have a strong nurturing influence on the reader and may bring inspiration?

It also depends what other cards were drawn and how this card fits in context with them.

Try googling sun deities to see if you can gain a deeper insight into the reading.
