Percent error (theoretical/actual value)?

sort of lost here... I know it's theoretical value - actual / theoretical x 100% but still lost. Any help appreciated

total mass was .400 (kg)

  2. I think you may be off because to calculate percent error you do theoretical-actual divided by actual not theoretical

    :]
