  1. lemon balm

  2. There are 2 types of citrus scented marigolds that are perennial in zones 8 to 11.It would be difficult to say for certain without a photo. As Butterfly suggested lemon balm is also a good possibility. It will have a strong lemon scent if you mash or tear a leaf, then smell it.

  3. Lemon verbena (Aloysia triphylla)

Scented Geraniums (Pelargonium Orange, Pelargonium Lemon Fizz, Pelargonium Lime, etc.) There are a lot, here's a link to show some:

Lemon thyme (various forms of scented Thymus with lemon scent)

Lemon grass (Cymbopogon citratus) - used in Asian dishes

    Lemon basil (Ocimum citriodorum)

    Lemon catnip (Nepeta cataria 'Citriodora')

Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) - already mentioned

    Here's a nice link I found:

Hope this is what you were looking for.

  4. I don't know what the botanical name for it is but we call it mosquito bush in arkansas.  It smells like cintronella and keeps the mosquitos off you if you rub it on your arms...
