Perfect Skin?

So I broughtt the perfect skin capsules and on the box it says:

Take 2 softgels daily with meals.

Do I take 2 w/ each meal or 1 with meals =s

Take one with each meals, they are basically saying you have to take 2 caps for the day.

I think it means two capsules per day, so one with breakfast and one with dinner or whatever. Where did you get them from??

i would say take 2 with a meal.

but i don't think it matters which way you go.
