Perfect Summer Job...?

Okay, Im 14 years old and around december i'll be old enough for a job. My mum says I have to get one so yeah, anyways, since i'll be old enough and school finishes in decemeber and i will have to find a job that doesnt require much experience since i don't have any and yeah, it'd be great if you can have some links or ideas?

and and and, it has to be for casual (if casual is like for the holidays only like school holidays which might go for like a month and a half then that's the one) so yeah, please try and find some ideas.

I like reading (LOVE it actually) and i like writing alot but then i love clothes and jewellry and makeup so im kind of in between. I've looked in Supre, Bardot, Diva, Equip and all those but they only need like store managers (:

unfortunately you have to start form the bottom of the barrel. I started working at a cafe when i was about your age. It was simple and easy to learn. Once you have a job it will be easier to find another.

You could try the local cafe of the local cinema., They are always after a cheap worker to do the counters.

As i hired and fired staff i suggest you should work on your resume though. That's the part that back you up. Since you haven't had a job before just list what you are good at and what you would like to do. Don't tell them that you only want a job for the holidays as they will be more inclined to take on someone else, and if you do like it they may offer you weekend shifts or thursday nights. You might want to get a reference from a family friend or coach. Oh and don't ravel on too much about what subjects you do at school and the achievements you have, no one will care that you got a credit in the year 7 geography competition. I have dismissed so many people for having irrelevant stuff in their resumes. Plain and simple. No fancy text or page colours. Maybe a simple boarder.
