  1. use a waterproof eyeliner. and when putting it on pull your eye really tight...(kinda like what mean people do when they pretend their Chinese) so the eyeliner doesn't blotch and you get an uneven look. Also first try a powder on your eye first so the eyeliner will stay put. Then powder over once the eyeliner is on so it wont go anywhere!

  2. fluidline from mac is what i use. liquid liner isnt meant for your waterline so it will burn if it gets in there. if youre going for the natural look, do liner on the top (liquid so it wont look messy) and opt out of the pencil in your waterline.

with liquid liner, practice make perfect.

  3. I have the same problem so I'd like to see these answers too.

I know they make eye shadow primer, I wonder if it would keep eyeliner put too? And using waterproof stuff doesn't work any better as far as I know.

  4. try getting waterproof/sweatproof. Then it shoudn't bleed or run towards your lower lid

  5. You should get a primer for eyeliner. If not, liquid foundation would do well too. Make a thin line on your lower lid with the liquid foundation/primer. Once that dries, add a thin line of eyeliner over it. The liner stays on longer!

Also, don't wear heavy lip make up and heavy eye make up at the same time! It doesn't look good.

    Good luck!

  6. ask a cosmetics professional.

    hope that helps!!!

  8. are you using liquid eyeliner?, if not i can recommend it. if you buy the one which looks like a felt tip pen, then it glides on easily, in a this line so wont look too heavy. once dry, its staying power is unrivalled.
