Perfect paper airplane for this kind of contest?

ok. i'm in the bleachers of a big gym. there is one person standing down below in the middle of the gym. i have to throw a paper airplane at him, and there are about 200 other people doing the same. the closest paper aiplane to the person wins the prize, in this case, an ipod nano. what is the perfect paper airplane that will glide well, but not go too far, and end up EXACTLY where i want it? It seems to me that the streamer would be the best for your competition, and make sure to practice your throws! throw it at a slight angle (10 to 15 degrees) and have sufficient controlled power (know how much power to use) and to throw the airplane while holding it at the correct spot (at the thickest spot at the bottom).
