Performance of Bheema ratha shanti pooja at thirukadiyur?

We are planing to celebrate 70th birthday of my father at thirukadaiyur, we contacted few gurukals and they gave us the total cost to be around INR 35K, can anybody suggest if its a fair price and more details about the poojas to be performed.
