Performance rebuild cost?

I've got a '78 El Camino with a 1973 350 2 barrel motor, and I want to have a performance rebuild done to it. If I provided the parts, how much might a shop charge to install new heads, cam, carb and intake?

id call and ask, most shops wont give any type of a warranty if you supply the parts, that is like going to a steak house and sneaking in a steak for you and your wife and telling them you have your own steak, you just want it cooked, how much

Look into GM crate engins.You can buy a better engine,with a warantee than you can build yourself!
