Performing arts school for teenager with no background knowledge?

I'm 16 years old right now.I live in Asia - Iran and I'm gonna apply for possibly Canada after getting my diploma.By that time I will be 18 years old and have my TOEFL in English.I want to go to a performing arts school to study music (specially vocal training) and acting but I'm not gonna be able to gain any background knowledge.Is there a school for me?

i was in a performing arts school but it was a middle school and u had 2 be smart. there is a school out there  it depends what u really wanna do.
