I'd go see a doc, could have a cyst on ovaries. There are different types of cyst. Also when you have rough intercourse it can cause cramping, even in your back. If it continues and no menstrual comes. I would go to the GYN.

Tells me you are probably gearing up. I would think if you were pregnant you would not be cramping so badly. Take midol and give it another few days, if nothing happens call the doctor. A lot of things can make you late including the stress u are feeling now.
