Period Help (girls only pleese)?

well i havent had my period ever and so today i found a red spec on my undies could this be my period cause my vaginal area hurts really badly and my stomach hurts and my back has hurt really badly for the past 2 or 3 days pleese help...

it sounds like you are having them. all you have to do is tell your mum. she can help more then anyone else. dont panic and start off with towels and when u feel ready ask ur mum for advice on moving to tampons
