  1. dont look for anything, everyone starts at a different time. some people get it young like 9 or 10 and some get it at 16. it totally depends, so dont worry or stress it.

  2. Hey:)

my names Jess and I'm 14 too and I started my period TODAY!

A few months ago, I posted this EXACT same question :)

the majority of my friends had started and I was the odd one out. I know exactly how you feel.

Before I started I got discharge in my knickers for about a week, whereas some people never got it. Everyone's bodies are so different.

    My mum's friend's daughter didn't start until she was 18 !

You just never know when you are going to start. It could be tomorrow, It could be in 4 years time. No one knows xx

Go to your doctor if you are worried but I really really really really really DO NOT think that you have anything to worry about. Periods are SUCH A PAIN! Enjoy your life while you don't have them. Don't be stressing over not having them. Some of my friends in older years still havn't started and there are 16.

They come when they come. you are completely normal.

    hope I helpedxx

  3. You still have time, just wait. Some girls don't get periods until they're at least 16.Periods are different for every girl.

  4. it all happens when ur body iis ready a sure sign that u r going to have ur period soon is that a month or so before u start ur period u will get a precramp in ur abdominal area

  5. Oh please don't worry. I was 14 before i got mine and i used to get so worried. I used to get jealous of people who had theirs but really there is no need to get worried. Your still so very young. I know all you want is to get your period, but please relax and don't worry about it. If i'm honest i think stressing out about it prevents it from coming. Please just relax and enjoy your youth and trust me if when it comes you will prob be relieved but 6months down the line the novelty will have worn off and you wont particularly like your period. But honestly, just relax!

  6. Lucky >.> You dont want one!

  7. Don't worry about not having it yet. The only tell-tale sign is you may start getting a clear discharge some months beforehand, however I wouldn't waste time looking out for it - your period will come when it comes.

Mine didn't start till I was 14 (and on April Fools Day at that, haha) and it is normal to not start at even 16. I'd keep a sanitary towel in your school bag just in case, and forget about it until it happens.
