Period and my boyfriends house?

Ok I've been dating my boyfriend Matt for almost 2years we are finally moving in together on Sunday!

However Im moving into his place with him so we'll be sleeping in his bed!

I tend to get very heavy periods on the first and second nights i wear the heavyiest pad absorbency! During the day im fine so i just wear a tampon, anyways at my place i have blood stains on my mattress and i don't want to stain his mattress either! I've stayed at his place before but never while on my period! What can I do??

He's amazing and a very understanding and loving person but how can I tell him?

 You can wear a tampon overnight! Trust me, I've left it in for 12 hours and nothing happened.. just wear a super tampon and a super pad underneath and you'll be fine!!
