Period cramps but im not even close to getting on my period?

i got on my period on the 4th of aug, and i got off of it on the 10th. and now where the 21st and im getting period cramps like if ima go on it again! what can this be?? its really weird.

If my cervix gets bumped by my partner's p***s during intercourse, or if we have s*x in a position that strains my lower back (like lying flat on my tummy), I will often get period-like cramps.

are yu on birthcontrol ? cuz that could be it . ever since i started taking my pills i get my craps way before i start my period . but when i get my period i don't get cramps .

It could be ovulation. I used to get cramps around the middle of the month (when I ovulated), but now I am on birth control, so I no longer ovulate. If you are on birth control as well, then it shouldn't be ovulation, but if not, it is definitely a possibility. Some women even experience very light bleeding around the middle of their cycle. Other things could be causing cramps, such as increased physical activity, stress, strain on your lower back, ovarian cysts, etc. It doesn't sound like anything serious, but if it continues, I would see a doctor immediately.
