Period cramps early???

i usually get pd cramps a wk before my period comes. i can feel them coming already so i think my period will come earlier this month. what causes a period to come sooner than it usually does? is this normal?

It could be your period coming early. There are a few reasons that it can come early, one is actually an early miscarriage. There is also the possibility that you are pregnant. My first signs were sore b*****s and lots of period-like cramping. Good luck.
