When working out your dates, do you count the day of your period as day one, even if you get your period at 11pm? Is that still day one, even though the day is nearly over?

  1. That's a good question. I'd probably call it day 1 on the ACTUAL day it started - Regardless of the late hour. It's just easier that way. NOW, if you're trying to figure out EXACLTY when it will come again(bleeding), just remember back to the last one, and if it was late at night, you'll know it most likely will be again.

  2. You start counting day one when you have full red flow.  If you are just spotting, that doesn't count.  I would say, if you are still up at 11pm and notice full red flow, then I would count that as day one.
