  1. Do you use pads with wings?

    Try this:

I did the test (for you) with the info you gave us, and this is what I came up with:

You should try doing the quiz on your own, to be sure those are the best for you...

  2. wear tampons!

  3. use long night time 1s there great. it better with wings i think.

  4. Is this all the time, or just during the heavy part of your period. I know I feel very embarrased by it during the heavy part. I suggest getting a heavier one. I used to use the always silk normal, and have recently gotten always silk normal plus(I think it's called). Maybe try using tampons if it's getting really annoying.

  5. You can use pads with wings, these are basically extensions in the pad that fold over your underwear to protect you from stains and embarrasing messes.  THe brand I like is 'Always'.  You should look for super thin maxis because your period is heavy right now, but there are many other choices.  You can get multi packs cheaper at Sam's club, costco and BJ's (if you are in the US).  Hope this helps!

  6. Honestly, my period used to be three weeks long once a month, so i know how you're feeling. chances are you just have a much heavier period than most people, like i did. i dealt with it for a while, but it was to the point wherei 'd have to change my super tampon every 30 minutes. i would greatly suggest looking into birth control. of course, talk to your parents about it first, and do some research on it, also because youre period is heavier it might take you longer to find one that works for you, for me it took three different pills to find the right one, but it helps a lot and now i only have mine for four days once a month. good luck!
