Period help ((girls only plez))?

we i got my period like 2 days ago and my mom is putting me on pads

but i have a couple of questions

1-when can i start using tampons

2-what's consider heavy flow or light flow

3-when will it get normal

4 whats the best brand ((2 prevent leak through pants))

if theres like anythingi need 2 know feel free 2 say it

you can use tampons when ever

heavy is it leaks out alot when you stand up light is you dont even feel it leak out

if your talking about month to month it ill be normal in 2-4 years

the best brand is always or kotex

The rule I use is if you have to change your pad every 2-4 hours where a regular tampon, anything less than 2 hours use a super, NEVER use super plus.

OB is a great tampon it is designed to fit each women individually

It can take a long time to get regular

Wait on the tampons until they are normal, you run the risk of TSS using a tampon incorrectly

A heavy flow is when you have a lot of blood and a light flow is when you don't have a lot of blood

I don't really know what you mean but it genrally takes 2 years to really know when you know when period during each month

I use ALWAYS overnight protection even though I don't just wear that for night time. Remember to use the "wings" so it doesn't leak.
