Question:

Period help please!?

Today I wore a pad with wings and underwear(duh) and blue jeans. My period was really heavy and it stained my underwear and jeans and the seat in the van! It was really embarrasing. I started about 4 months ago. I have stained like three of my pants, and i really liked them! How can I prevent this and how can I get the stains out?

Don't suggest anything with tampons, just pads please and thank you.

  1. get a thicker pad.

  2. bleach works well

  3. are you using the pad for really heavy periods? make sure you are because that absorbs more. also change it as much as possible so it cant overflow and wear tight underwear as that will help the pad stay in place to avoid leaks. hope that helps :)

  4. Hot water&&Blech or Nappy Sand Or Just a washing powder gets blood stains out.

&just try a heavier pad,&change as often as you can.

  5. Rinse soiled clothing with cold water. Never use hot water, it sets the blood stain. Bleach is isn't necessary and not always appropriate unless you are always wearing white. As it relates to pads, always SUPER with wings does it for me, and I bleed very heavily as well. I use two to calm my paranoia in the first 2 days. Hope this helps.

  6. im a guy so i dont know much  but see if you can take a pill subscribed by a docter for lighter periods try yaz i heard from my girl friend works good well thats all i got
