Period is Really Annoying?

My period has started again, but it's really heavy and annoying me because when I just do a little exercise, it feels all warm in my private and makes me feel all hot and annoyed. I'm not having any fun these days because of it and it's my last week of summer holidays!

Lol i dont know what you are actually asking but you are going to have to get used to it is all i can say, maybe just dont exersice at that time it wont kill you.
