Period question, please help?

i have had my period for about a year and a half, and usually it is pretty moderate, but its pretty heavy now, i changed my tampon an hour and a half after i put it in and it was completely full. it was a regular. is my cycle concidered heavy? or at least heavy enough to use super tampons? thanks

well accorfing to my doc, a period is only heavy when u have to change ur tampon 4 times a HOUR so your good!!  use super to make u more comf!
