Period question?????????????

ok im 11 and ive been getting some bad cramps in my lower stomache and really bad mood swings i also have been getting some discharge to are these symptoms?

Before I go my period and leading up to it(2 weeks before my 12th birthday), I have really bad cramps on my abdomen for weeks and all of the other symptoms. It could be definitely mean your due for your first period soon. If it really bad, see your doctor.Watch also the colour of your discharge ok. It really should just be a clear colour otherise you may get some spotting also.

These are most likely signs of your first period if you haven't gotten it yet. I know that whenever I get my period, I experience bad lower back pains, cramps in my stomach, extreme mood swings (i cry A LOT), and discharge. I can also tell the day before i have my period because I always get a splitting headache. Ibuprofen (Advil) is a good pain reliever if you don't have something else specifically for your period such as Midol. Ask one of your parents/guardians if you can take some if your pain is bad enough. Hope this helped :]
