I just had my period on the 21 of may it was for five days then it came back on june 9th what cause this to happen?

Sometimes periods are just irregular. There are a lot of reasons why this can happen and it most likely doesn't mean anything's wrong. It may just be because you've been stressed out.

Irregular periods can also be cause by hormonal imbalances. If you're a pre-teen or teenager, your menstrual cycle could still be developing a regular pattern. If you're in your 30s or 40s, this is a common sign of perimenopause.

Close together periods can also be caused by starting on some medications. If you've started taking anything new, this could be why. It can also be caused by smoking, excessive drinking and drug usage. There are a lot of substances that can disrupt the menstral cycle.

I definitely wouldn't worry about it, but if it keeps happening, you might want to see a doctor for a physical and a pelvic exam.
