im scared or anything, i pretty stressed, and i know that stress affects them.

but this last one is really late, around 2 weeks. but i dont honestly know, because of the previous ones.

so what should i do.

[i cant ask my mom, cuz she is mad at me, and if i dont want to die i should just not ask her]

  1. Don't worry, periods will always be irregular. Even when you're well into adulthood. If it's late by months, THEN I would start worrying. A few weeks doesn't matter.

  2. Sweety, your period will go different your whole life, it's just part of life.

Trust me, I'm  54 and it's OK in the end.  Just "suffer" thru the bleeding and every thing else you feel is bothering you, because there will be so many more happy years in your life!

  3. just talk to her, there isnt anything to worry about. if you havent had intercourse you cant be pregnant, so why would she be mad?

  4. You should really tell you mum cause you might need to see a doctor.  It could be nothing (and is probably only stress) but it may be other factors like poly ovarian cysts or fibroids.  Go get it checked out and you will feel better.

  5. If you havent had s*x, and you feel something is wrong with your periods, you need to ask your mom to make a doctors apt.

If its just a week late or so....I wouldnt worry about it. Sounds like you are stressing and that might make it worse. But if its over a week late, go ask your Mom. She isnt going to kill you.

  6. Your mom needs to know. Stress can put it off and so can changes it diet but there can be a serious underlying cause for the skipped/irregular periods.

  7. Depending how old you are, your period will sometimes get weird. Mine does the same thing. I skip it sometimes too. But try eating healthy and excersing so it stays normal.

  8. how old are u? how long have u had ur period for?

periods wont be regular for at least 2 yrs, and honey just coz ur mum is mad at u if u ask her something i just know she will be happy to help u

  9. Period cycles can really be effected by stress! But I also think it could be hormones! A lot of period problems are due to just the flow of hormones in your body. You're 13 so you're obviously still developing. I wouldnt worry too much. Just keep track of everything on a calendar and if it gets worse go see your doctor. If worse comes to worse you might be put on birth control to regulate your cycles.

Don't worry, it's all a part of growing up and becoming a woman.

  10. your body probably just isn't used to it yet.

it will be regular in a couple years.

just have a pad or tampon handy, thats all you can do.

    don't worry, its normal.

    hope i helped..<3

  11. Ask your doctor about birth control--it regulates it.

  12. its just the stress. when your stress horomones are out of whack then it  takes it WAYY out of balance.

    help?

  13. The stress is what is causing this. Some ways to regulate it is to either 1. use birth control, which will also shorten and reduce the number of your periods or 2. find ways to reduce your stress level.

  14. It takes anywhere from two to four years for a girl to have a regular period. Dont stress out. Im 13 and i've had my period for four years. It still isnt reg. Dont worry! Its more than normal that it isnt on a reg. course yet. : )

  15. If you can't talk to your mother, then you should talk to the school

nurse, your counselor, another relative or doctor.  This should be

checked out just to give you some peace of mind.  But if I were you, I'd want my mother with me to help give me some

    moral support.

  16. This is norma. after anbout 5-10 years your pisiods may change dramaticaly or not so much, or maby your around alot of other wmon who all have way diferent piriod times than you.

  17. it will all just be stress related. stress can make it that late, dont worry about them, dont even think about them and it will sort it self ut

  18. my periods are more than three months apart sometimes...and my doctor said that its fine because i'm young and they are usually pretty irregular anyways, but i also have alot of stress in my life. And alot of my friends have the same problem, i dont think you have to worry.

  19. Honey, sometimes that just happens when you're stressed. It is perfectly normal. But if it stays that way, you may have to talk to your doctor and they may or may not put you on a birth control which will regulate your menstrual cycle. That's what they did for me.

  20. It's very normal especially if you're young. If you start missing them for more than a month at a time I would consult a doctor. I missed periods for 6 months straight when I was 17, and I went to a couple of different doctors for an examination etc. Turned out I was just underweight and stressed. As soon as I got my eating sorted they became much more regular.

So I wouldn't be too alarmed it's very normal to have irregular periods, but if you start getting a lot of pain/heavy bleeding with them etc I would def go to a doctor!

  21. It sounds like you do need to see a physician.  There are all kinds of things that can make your period irregular from hormones to endometriosis.  Does your mom have a good friend that you could ask to help you bring up the subject with her?  Even if your mom is mad, she will still be concerned with your health.

  22. Don't worry at all. Irregular periods are normal. Changes in diet, physical activity (excersises), weight/amount of body fat, stress,an illness (cold or flu) and even enviroment can all influence your period. During your first year or so, your body is still pretty new with this and may still be trying to get into a regular routine. You might have your first period and then another within a few months.. or, you might have a few periods and miss one a few months later. Don't worry about it, you'll get your period in time .. of course, when that time comes you'll wish you hadn't ;)  If you are really worried about it, then let the steam from your argument die down and talk to your mom about it. It's a common topic to be questioned and she'll be able to help you.

  23. You probably shouldn't worry about it then. Mine were like that once too. It will straighten out eventually. One time I went without mine for more than 4 months, but then finally got it again. If you need them straightened out now though, about the only thing you can do is take birth control. It will make them regular, and also would help to get rid of cists (which cause your period to be more painful).

  24. There is nothing to worry about.  Late periods are not going to make you die.  It could be many things that cause irregular periods. I used to sometimes go three months without one.  I am sure that it is not anything to be worried about.

Sometimes it takes many years to become regular.  So stop stressing.  It will show up.

  25. well its going to be if u just started. if u havent started recently then tell ur aunt or gma to take u to the dr. nd they can put u on the pill. there is a pill were u dnt have to get a pap i think its called yasmin.. bt im not sure just give it sum time nd if it is still irregular then talk to ur aunt...

  26. If it hasn't been two years, they won't be too regular, if it has, next time when you go in for your check-up ask your mom to wait in the waiting room, and ask while she's gone.

  27. no you can't if you didn't have s*x...if your under 15 its normal to be irregular if you are over 15 then talk to your mom about it and go see your doctor but trust me if your under 15 you how nothin to worry about it needs time to regulate....

  28. i think your alright.

it depends how old you are though.

my friend is 14 years old and her period go up to like a month and then they stop and they don't come for five months and then she gets it again for like 2 weeks and then they don't come for like 2 months. haha.

you'll be fine. but if you don't think you are, just see a doctor.

  29. It sounds like you are just stressed or just have an irregular cycle. Either way, it doubt it is a problem. Especially for the first few years, cycles can be very unpredictable so calm down and don't worry about it. Sometimes women can skip and entire month because of stress etc... I suggest talking to your mom if it doesn't come after another week or so if you feel that you need to. If it never comes and you REALLY don't feel like telling anyone just wait until next month and see if things are back to normal. If not, then you really should talk to someone. Until then just relax and don't stress so much/

  30. the same thing happened to me, then i missed a month, and then it turned to two and i just get it whenever now, so we went to the doctors and theyre running tests on a couple of diseases, and stuff. i didnt think it was that serious but my gyno (thats the kind of doctor you need to see) freaked out, when i told her (im 15) and i should be close to regular now, so i highly advise you to tell your mom to take you to the doctor, because it could be serious but if your young, and im guessing you are judging by the way you said "cuz" then dont worry about it wayy to much you might just still be irregular, but i still advise you to get it checked

  31. If you have had unprotected s*x, and you are 2 weeks late on your expected period arrival date, You might be pregnant. If you have not had unprotected s*x, and you are 2 weeks late, Its probably just stress.
