Period was a week late, and only 2 days.. Could I be pregnant still?

Hi, My husband and I are ttc. I had to go on a trip the 14th of July so that was the last time we bd, which was about 4-5 days before estimated ovulation. Anywho, about 1 week and a half before my period started I had sore b*****s, then it stopped 3 days before I was suppose to start on the 3rd of August. I had cramping and acne but no sore b*****s which is Completely abnormal for me. So, I thought this month maybe we somehow conceieved, but at a week late, AF started on the 10th, and it stopped this morning, 2 days later. I did a hpt when I was about 5 days late, but it was neg. I had never been a week late before or that short of a period. What do you think, should I retest or no need?

I have an almost 5 year old son, I didn't know I was pregnant with him until the 3rd month because my periods came like normal and it was not a planned pregnancy. The doctor said it was because my body hadn't yet accepted the fact that I was pregnant and hadn't produced all the right hormones yet. My little boy is happy and very healthy, quite smart as well. It didn't hurt him at all. But, yes, I would wait a week, maybe two and take another test. Or see a doctor.
